Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer may be rejected

How to Request a Return (Step-by-Step)

  3. If approved, you will receive return instructions

  4. Ship the item back following the provided instructions

  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

  • The time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned used or damaged by the customer

  • Products returned without prior authorization
